Orchard Brokerage in Orlando, FL is seeking a licensed real estate professional to join our high-performance team. This commission-only role has no upfront brokerage fees and offers equity through Orchard stock options.

Qualifications

• Residential real estate transaction experience with at least 4+ closed transactions in the last twelve months.
• Active and unrestricted FL real estate license and are located in the Greater Orlando area.
• Strong sales skills including the ability to handle objections effectively, build rapport quickly, and align on expectations with customers.
• Analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to hitting metrics in your business.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and the adaptability to help customers on their schedule.
• An ability to use technology effectively in your business and learn new systems quickly.
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral.
• A drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility.

Compensation Range: This is a commission-only position. The average full-time real estate agent earns $75,000-200,000+ per year. There is no cap on earnings.
