Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Florida real estate license is required.

• Excellent sales skills, ability to handle objections, build rapport and align expectations with clients.
• Analytical mindset and accountability to hitting metrics.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and adaptability to client schedules.
• Proficiency with technology and quick learning of new systems.

Compensation Range: This is a commission‑only position. The average full‑time real estate agent earns $75,000-$200,000 or more per year. There is no cap on earnings.

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have

• An active and unrestricted Florida real estate license and are located in the Greater West Palm Beach/Ft Pierce area
• Some residential real estate transaction experience with at least 4+ closed transactions in the last twelve months
• Strong sales skills including the ability to handle objections effectively, build rapport quickly, and align on expectations with customers
• An analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to hitting metrics in your business
• Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and the adaptability to help customers on their schedule
• An ability to use technology effectively in your business and learn new systems quickly
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral
• A drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility
