Job summary

Orchard Brokerage in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking motivated real estate professionals to join our growth-focused team. This commission-only role offers access to Orchard’s client programs and a support network designed to help you close more deals.

You’ll leverage proven tools, coaching, and a strong agent community to build relationships, win listings, and close residential transactions. A Florida license and a track record of 4+ closed transactions in the last year are preferred.

Compensation Range: This is a commission-only position. The average full‑time real estate agent earns $75,000-$200,000 or more per year. There is no cap on earnings.

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have

• An active and unrestricted Florida real estate license and are located in the greater Fort Lauderdale
• Some residential real estate transaction experience with at least 4+ closed transactions in the last twelve months
• Strong sales skills including the ability to handle objections effectively, build rapport quickly, and align on expectations with customers
• An analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to hitting metrics in your business
• Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and the adaptability to help customers on their schedule
• An ability to use technology effectively in your business and learn new systems quickly
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral
• A drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility
