Job summary

Orchard is seeking motivated real estate agents in the Greater Houston area. You will receive high-quality seller appointments, access to client products to help you close, and the support you need for you and your clients to thrive.

Compensation is commission-only with aggressive plans, stock options, equity potential, and multiple revenue streams including revenue share and the option to become an Orchard Mentor.

Qualifications

• Residential real estate transaction experience with 4+ closed transactions in the last twelve months.
• Active TX real estate license and location in the Greater Houston area.
• Strong sales skills including handling objections, building rapport, and aligning on expectations with customers.
• Analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to hitting metrics in your business.

Responsibilities

Compensation Range:This is a commission-only position. The average full-time real estate agent earns $75,000-200,000+ per year. There is no cap on earnings.

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have

• Residential real estate transaction experience with at least 4+ closed transactions in the last twelve months
• An active and unrestricted TX real estate license and are located in the Greater Houston area
• Strong sales skills including the ability to handle objections effectively, build rapport quickly, and align on expectations with customers
• An analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to hitting metrics in your business
• Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and the adaptability to help customers on their schedule
• An ability to use technology effectively in your business and learn new systems quickly
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral
• A drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility
