• Residential real estate transactions experience with at least 4+ closed transactions in the last 12 months.
• Active and unrestricted Florida real estate license and located in the Greater Ft. Lauderdale area.
• Strong sales skills including the ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and align on expectations with customers.
• Analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to hitting metrics in your business.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and the adaptability to help customers on their schedule.
• Ability to use technology effectively in your business and learn new systems quickly.
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues – both written and oral.

Compensation Range:This is a commission-only position. The average full-time real estate agent earns $75,000-200,000+ per year. There is no cap on earnings.
