Job summary

Mark Spain Real Estate is seeking high-energy real estate agents in the Charlotte area to close deals with motivated homeowners. This full-time, commission-based role requires an active NC license (or within 30 days) and offers 8–15 pre-qualified listing appointments monthly from our inside sales team, plus strong coaching and support throughout the closing process.

There are no desk or lead fees, and earnings are uncapped with splits that rise with production.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in North Carolina or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - high-volume production role
• Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Charlotte-area service territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills

Early Success Bonus for new agents:

What We’re Looking For

• Active real estate license in North Carolina or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role — not a side hustle.
