Job summary

Orchard Brokerage is seeking talented real estate agents in the Greater Houston area to grow their business with a team redefining the real estate experience. You will access high-quality seller appointments, exclusive client products to help you close, and strong support to ensure you and your clients thrive.

The compensation plan is commission-based with equity opportunities and multiple revenue streams, including revenue share incentives and a certified Orchard Mentor option.

Qualifications

• Residential real estate experience with 4+ closed transactions in the last 12 months.
• Active TX real estate license in Greater Houston area.
• Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and set expectations with clients.
• Proficient with technology-enabled real estate tools.

Responsibilities

• Close real estate transactions and coordinate with buyers and sellers.
• Leverage Orchard programs to generate high-quality appointments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain CRM notes.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics.

Compensation Range:This is a commission-only position. The average full-time real estate agent earns $75,000-200,000+ per year. There is no cap on earnings.

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have

• Residential real estate transaction experience with at least 4+ closed transactions in the last twelve months
• An active and unrestricted TX real estate license and are located in the Greater Houston area
• Strong sales skills including the ability to handle objections effectively, build rapport quickly, and align on expectations with customers
• An analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to hitting metrics in your business
• Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and the adaptability to help customers on their schedule
• An ability to use technology effectively in your business and learn new systems quickly
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral
• A drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility
