Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent based in Greater Boston. The agent will represent buyers, sellers, and investors, providing tailored strategies for residential and investment properties. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new business, client consultations, property showings, pricing analysis, negotiating transactions, and leveraging the team’s proven sales, operations, and marketing playbooks. Agents will use their local market expertise to deliver exceptional client experiences while ensuring compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Customer Service and Sales skills to build relationships, address client needs, and foster trust
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including residential and investment properties
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the Greater Boston real estate market is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in leveraging technology and marketing tools to support client success
