Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by a Physical Therapist and document progress.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes as per PT requirements.
• Assist in maintaining the department and treatment area.
• Train Restorative Aides with nursing staff and assist discharge planning.
• Communicate patient progress with supervisor and health team members.
