Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Ability to read and comprehend policy manuals and technical procedures.
• Proficiency with Net Health and Point Click Care systems.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents under Physical Therapist direction.
• Maintain documentation compliant with facility and payer requirements.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home programs.
• Collaborate with the PT and interdisciplinary team on progress and discharge planning.
• Assist training of Restorative Aides and contribute to program development.
