Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA with current state licensure.
• Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care.
• Ability to read and comprehend policies and procedures.
• Must maintain license in good standing and meet CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients under the direction of the Physical Therapist.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
• Assist in maintaining department and treatment area.
• Instruct families and nursing staff in home exercise programs for discharge.
• Participate in patient care and rehabilitation conferences.
• Communicate patient progress and problems with supervisor and health team.
