Qualifications

• Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in physical therapy.
• Requires driving to patient homes and transportation.
• Weekend rotation availability required.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and the supervising PT's treatment plan to perform only authorized procedures.
• Instruct and aid patients in active and passive exercises, gait, ADL, and mobility.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment to the supervising PT and care team.
• Educate patients, families, and other health team members on therapy within PTA scope.
• Able to work in home settings with diverse patients.
