Job summary

Elite Home Health is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home therapy and education under a supervising PT. You will deliver active and passive exercises, supervise mobility training, and adapt treatment to each patient’s home setting.

The role requires AR PTA licensure, a valid driver’s license, and CPR certification (preferred or within 90 days). You will join a team delivering high-quality home health care and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in Arkansas.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• CPR certification preferred or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow state-specific laws governing in-home physical therapy; follow plan of care defined by supervising PT.
• Instruct and aid patients in active and passive exercise, gait, ADL, transfer, and mobility.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment to the supervising PT and care team.
• Educate patient, family, and caregivers on therapy techniques within the PTA scope.
• Adapt to home environments and care for diverse patient needs.
