Job summary

B Good Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for Home Health PRN work. You will contract as your own boss, set your schedule and caseload, and join an elite home health therapy team focused on compassionate care.

We value autonomy and reliability; a Florida PTA license, clean AHCA background, CPR, and driving with reliable transportation are required. Prior PTA and home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Provide interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient responses and report progress to the PT.
• Document visits and progress accurately.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support continued progress.
