Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educates patients, family, caregivers, students, and other health care providers using effective teaching methods.
• Follows the therapist’s plan of care and adjusts treatment based on patient response with proper communication.
• Documents per Clinical Documentation Policy and program requirements.
• Administers electrical stimulation and provides aquatic therapy as appropriate.
• Completes daily documentation and coordinates with PT on treatment interventions.
