Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Licensed PTA with applicable state licensure.
• Current BLS certification within specified period.

• Follows plan of care and documents communication with evaluator.
• Completes daily documentation in therapy EMR and codes charges.
• Coordinates with PT on treatment interventions and progress.
