Job summary

You will work with DSPs, nurses, physicians, and regional centers to implement individualized care plans, monitor health, and support behavioral health strategies. Qualifications

• Current and active Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) license in California.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional behavioral health education preferred.
• Experience with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document general health and well-being; respond to changes.
• Administer medications within license scope and maintain records.
• Observe behavior, support approved strategies, and respond to escalations.
• Complete accurate documentation and communicate with care team.
• Collaborate with DSPs, nurses, physicians, and regional center representatives.
