Job summary

Aces Management is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) in San Marcos, CA to provide direct clinical and health-related support in residential group homes for adults with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Current and active LPT license in the State of California.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related field preferred.
• Experience with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document individuals' general health and well-being.
• Administer medications within the scope of the LPT license and policies.
• Document incidents, changes in condition, and health-related observations.
• Collaborate with DSPs, administrators, nurses, and other care team members.
