Sycamores is partnering with the 988 crisis line to provide Mobile Crisis Outreach Team support for individuals in mental health crisis. The MCOT Licensed Psychiatric Technician will respond in person, perform crisis stabilization, safety planning, and assess danger to self or others.

This role works with a MCOT Peer Specialist and coordinates with hospitals, police, and ambulance services. Shifts are flexible with 24/7 coverage, and the team supports in various Los Angeles area locations as

Qualifications

• Licensed in California as a Psychiatric Technician.
• Must maintain licensure as a condition of employment.
• Car driving may be required for field work.

Responsibilities

• Respond in person to provide crisis support and stabilization.
• Coordinate care with MCOT Peer Specialist and external agencies.
• Assist with safety planning and determine need for hospitalization if applicable.
