Base pay range

$36.40/hr - $38.48/hr

HealthRIGHT 360 offers comprehensive medical and behavioral health services, including primary care, mental health support, substance use disorder treatment, and transitional housing services, primarily serving marginalized communities across California.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with medication management, withdrawal support, and monitoring client adherence and side effects.
• Conduct medical evaluations, document findings, and coordinate with other healthcare providers.
• Perform direct patient care tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with blood draws, and facilitating health education.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and agency standards, including chart audits and medication records.
• Participate in treatment planning, team meetings, and coordinate care with community partners.

Qualifications

• State Licensed Psychiatric Technician or Licensed Vocational Nurse licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including those with co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges.
• At least 3 years of LPT/LVN experience preferred; experience in residential or withdrawal management settings is desirable.
