Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Remote

Join our team at RemoteWorker US as a Registered Nurse (RN). We are hiring for a full-time, mid-senior level position in the healthcare provider industry.

Responsibilities

1. Initiate, develop, implement, and revise the plan of care in collaboration with physicians and healthcare professionals.
2. Supervise and instruct care provided by home health aides and licensed practical/vocational nurses, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, including supervisory visits.
3. Conduct initial and comprehensive nursing evaluations, determine patient eligibility, and develop care plans within state guidelines in collaboration with physicians. Ensure accurate documentation and submission.
4. Communicate effectively with agency staff, physicians, patients, and families regarding care issues, visit schedules, and other relevant information to coordinate care and ensure quality service.

License Requirements

• Current RN license in Texas
