Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs, provide compassionate care, and generally increase their quality of life. Responsibilities may include monitoring vital signs, assisting with hygiene needs, and communicating with nurses and doctors. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and willing to be an advocate for their patients. The coverage area will be Riverside County and Orange County.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist with daily living activities
  2. Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
  3. Provide adjunct patient care
  4. Monitor food intake
  5. Monitor vital signs
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

  1. High school diploma/GED
  2. Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification
  3. First aid and CPR-certified
  4. Basic computer skills
  5. Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to lift heavy objects
  8. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  9. Ability to work with limited supervision
