Job summary

E&G Real Estate Services seeks a licensed Property Manager – Maintenance Coordinator to support our growing single-family portfolio in the Phoenix Metro area, coordinating repairs and maintenance while delivering responsive service to residents and owners.

The role requires 2+ years in property management, strong communication, and solid organizational skills. Hybrid work from Tempe with up to 15% field visits, competitive hourly pay, and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Active real estate licensure with the State of Arizona.
Proficiency with Apple computers, Microsoft Word and Excel, G-Suite products, and Appfolio. LeadSimple preferred.
2+ years of property management or overseeing maintenance and/or large scale repairs.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Highly organized with strong drafting and planning skills.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Customer-service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.

Responsibilities

Facilitate maintenance request completion including processing work orders and coordinating bids and scheduling repairs.
Assign work orders to Company or third‑party vendors per process.
Schedule on-site diagnosis and repairs with vendors and obtain owner approvals.
Follow up with tenants after completion to ensure satisfaction.
Escalate emergency or significant work orders as needed.
Complete monthly move-out inspections and property visits.
Coordinate work orders related to property improvements and turns between tenants.
Identify trustworthy maintenance vendors and manage invoices for timely payment.
Notify staff to create tenant charges when applicable.
Resolve work order complaints with solutions and approvals.
Maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors and owners.
Continuously learn and update knowledge of property maintenance.
