Primary Responsibilities

• Comprehensive management of condos, townhomes, & single-family homes
• Own the overall health, performance, and growth of your assigned portfolio.

• Property Managers in good standing may pursue residential real estate sales opportunities through His House Property Management, LLC. While property management responsibilities remain the primary focus of this position, the Company supports agents who wish to assist clients with buying or selling real estate, provided those activities do not interfere with the management and performance of their assigned portfolio.

Availability

While normal business hours are Monday through Friday, this position requires flexibility to respond to occasional after-hours emergencies and urgent owner or resident matters during evenings and weekends.

Compensation

• Commission-based compensation as a percentage of earned management fees generated by your portfolio. As your portfolio grows, so does your earning potential.
