Qualifications

• Property management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using Appfolio Property Management Software (preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Trained in Federal & State Fair Housing Laws (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Extremely detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive management of condos, townhomes, & single-family homes.
• Own the overall health, performance, and growth of your assigned portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong owner relationships.
• Make maintenance decisions and oversee repairs.
• Coordinate turnovers, move-in and move-out inspections.
• Review inspections and address maintenance and lease violations.
• Approve invoices and maintenance expenses.
• Recommend renewal pricing and rent increases.
• Resolve escalated owner and tenant concerns.
• Grow your portfolio by attracting new management clients.
• Pursue residential real estate sales opportunities through His House Property Management, LLC when appropriate.
