Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

Vaco by Highspring is hiring for a Remote Personal Lines Sales Account Manager. This role involves handling inbound sales leads and requires a Florida-based license (20-44 or 2-20). The position is fully remote, requiring reliable internet and a quiet workspace.

Essential Duties and Functions:

1. Providing excellent customer service/support to client accounts
2. Providing quotes and enrolling new clients
3. Rating and preparing quotations for new and existing clients
4. Mailing binders and ID cards to insureds
5. Processing applications via mail, fax, or email
6. Handling client requests for information, endorsements, cancellations, and other services
7. Assisting with accounts receivable
8. Documenting all client interactions
9. Completing policy rewrites when necessary
10. Adhering to underwriting and binding guidelines
11. Maintaining and updating databases (AMS 360 and Image Right)
12. Informing clients and companies of policy errors or endorsements
13. Staying informed about legal and social conditions affecting policies
14. Maintaining current state license
15. Attending relevant training and seminars
16. Sitting for required examinations
17. Managing agency files
18. Ensuring actions protect the agency from liability and are professionally performed
19. Performing other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Florida 220 Property & Casualty license
• Knowledge of customer service functions such as rating, marketing, claims handling, and coverage information
• Strong commitment to client service
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and related equipment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Industry designations promoted and funded by the agency

Compensation depends on experience, skills, licensure, location, and organizational needs. The role may include discretionary bonuses and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Desired Skills and Experience:
