Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in El Paso, Texas. The LPC will provide direct mental health services, including on-site counseling and group psychotherapy, and will develop treatment plans for detainees with mental health needs.

Required credentials include CACREP-accredited master's/doctorate in clinical mental health fields and a minimum of three years post-licensure experience. A full, unrestricted license and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master's/doctorate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or related field CACREP-accredited.
• 3+ years post-licensure independent clinical experience with DSM diagnoses.
• Permanent full license to practice clinical social work (LCSW/LPC) in the duty state.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct mental health services, including on-site counseling and group psychotherapy.
• Develop and monitor patient treatment plans in coordination with multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care and referrals for detainees with mental health needs and co-occurring disorders.
