Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or related CACREP-accredited program.
• Full, current, unrestricted clinical license to practice as LPMHC, LCPC, or LCSW.
• Minimum three years of post‑licensure clinical experience with DSM‑V/TR and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct mental health services including on-site counseling and group psychotherapy.
• Develop and monitor patient treatment plans with multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate referrals to external mental health care when needed.
• Utilize electronic health records to document assessments and progress.
• Deliver training and education to staff on mental health continuity of care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and ensure patient safety.
