Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a Behavioral Health Provider in El Paso, Texas. The role requires a master’s or doctoral degree in a CACREP-accredited program and an unrestricted clinical license to practice.

You’ll conduct assessments, provide individual and group therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a detention/correctional setting. Compensation includes $43.59 per hour plus per diem and housing.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or related field from CACREP-accredited program.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPMHC, LCPC, LCSW).
• Minimum of three years post-licensure clinical experience providing assessment, DSM, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to a multi-disciplinary team in implementing an integrated mental health program.
• Provide direct care within the scope of practice and perform duties per licensure and privileges.
• Develop, manage and monitor patient treatment plans with behavioral health staff.
• Use the EHR system for clinical assessments, referrals, and discharge summaries.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations and professional standards.
