Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide expert mental health services in El Paso, Texas. The role involves evaluations, individual and group therapy, and coordination of care for detainees with complex behavioral health needs.

The LCSW will work within a Modified Therapeutic Community model, collaborate with medical staff, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations. A CSWE-accredited MSW, active licensure, and ongoing CEU requirements are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from CSWE-accredited program.
• Three years post-independent licensure clinical experience.
• Documentation showing clinical work within completed graduate program.
• 20 hours CEUs annually approved by APA or NASW; renewal CEUs.
• Maintain membership with licensing board as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and oversight to multi-disciplinary team in the implementation and management of an integrated mental health treatment program.
• Provides direct care to patients within discipline scope of practice and performs functions in accordance with licensure and credentials.
• Develops, manages and monitors patient treatment plans in coordination with behavioral health technicians.
• May respond to medical emergencies and provide telehealth services as needed.
• Coordinate care and education within the continuity of care framework.

Education

Master’s Degree in Social Work

Three years post-independent licensure clinical experience
