Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services seeks a Behavioral Health Provider in El Paso, TX to deliver on-site mental health services within a detention setting. The role requires a CACREP-accredited Master’s/Doctoral degree, an unrestricted license (LPMHC/LCPC/LCSW), and 3+ years of independent clinical experience.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients, develop treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team while upholding HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in CACREP-accredited field.
• Must hold a full, unrestricted clinical license to independently practice.
• Three years post-independent licensure clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to a multi-disciplinary team.
• Deliver on-site mental health services (individual, group psychotherapy).
• Develop and monitor patient treatment plans with BH technicians.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and proper documentation.
• Coordinate care with medical and contract staff.
