Job summary

Qualifications

• TX LCDC license required.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Interviews and assesses prospective program participants, and gathers data using appropriate screening and assessment instruments.
• Establishes rapport and determines individual and group needs based on screening results.
• Facilitates individual and group treatment interventions in accordance with CoreCivic partner agencies and state regulations.
• Maintains confidentiality of clinical files and documents treatment plans, progress notes, and referrals.
• Monitors inmate progress and ensures treatment programs are completed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or a closely related field
