Job summary

Groups Recover Together is seeking an LPCC-licensed counselor to lead in-person and telehealth group therapy sessions within a harm-reduction focused program. You’ll work with an integrated care team to support member-centered recovery and document progress.

Responsibilities include daily group sessions, collaboration with prescribers and care navigators, and community outreach to improve access to treatment.

Qualifications

  • Active LPCC license
  • Minimum two years leading groups in a SUD setting
  • Comfort with EMR, Telehealth software, Google Workspace, Gmail/Docs/Sheets/Drive, mobile apps
  • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with the local community to promote access to compassionate addiction treatment.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
  • An active license: LPCC
  • Minimum two years’ leading groups in a SUD setting.
  • High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
  • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
Work Environment
  • Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. One day work from home.
  • In-person and telehealth group therapy sessions.
