Salary Range: $57,625 – $68,761 *Based on experience, and education

What You’ll Do

• Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence‑based curriculum.
• Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
• Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
• Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
• Support a positive, recovery‑oriented environment for members.
• Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Required licensure or certification: Behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: LCSW, LMHC, MCAP, CAP with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
• Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
• High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
• Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
• Ability to work 2–3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal proficiency preferred)
  • Experience working in multilingual or multicultural environments is a plus
• Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication‑assisted treatment or MAT
