AEG Vision is seeking a Licensed Assistant Practice Manager to support the Practice Manager in driving exceptional patient care and efficient daily operations. The role blends hands-on leadership on the practice floor with development opportunities across patient care coordination, optical sales, and clinical support.

You will help maintain service standards and team readiness while fostering a patient-centered culture.

Formación

• State Licensure required for clinical operations.
• Extensive dispensing experience is required.
• Experience in optical, healthcare, retail, or related service/operations is preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred (1–2 years).
• Demonstrated leadership capability, coaching, or team development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Practice Manager with daily operations, patient flow, and service execution.
• Work on the practice floor assisting across functions to support patient care and operational execution.
• Learn and support roles such as patient care coordination, optical sales, technician/clinical support, and front desk operations.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and workflow changes to support team development.
• Identify and escalate patient service concerns or process barriers to improve patient experience.
• Review basic performance metrics and patient feedback with guidance to spot trends and opportunities.
