Full & Part Time - 1st & 3rd Shift!!! 12 HR Shifts!!!

Must hold a current license to practice as an LPN.

Job Description for LPN

• 1st Shift - Full Time: 6am-6pm
• 1st Shift - Part Time: 6am-6pm, NO WEEKENDS!!!
• 3rd Shift - Full Time: 6pm-6am + $3 Shift Differential
• 3rd Shift - Part Time: 6pm-6am, NO WEEKENDS!! + $3 Shift Differential
• 70 Bed Facility
• LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants

Qualifications for LPN

• A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents
• Current RN License
• Ability to administer medication and IV certification
• Good working knowledge of state rules/regulations
• Positive can-do attitude and excellent attendance
