Weekend Shift Differential of $5 PLUS $3.20/hour for HERO PAY! Must hold a current license to practice as an LPN.

Job Description for LPN

• Full Time: 2nd Shift
• Part Time: 1st/2nd/3rd Shifts
• $5 Weekend Shift Differential!
• 108 Bed Facility
• LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants

Qualifications for LPN

• A passion for caring for and improving the lives of residents
• Current LPN License
• Ability to administer medication and IV certification
• Good working knowledge of state rules/regulations
• Positive can-do attitude and excellent attendance
