Job description

Angels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Wichita , KS and surrounding areas.

Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care, making a significant difference in the lives of patients and their families. We offer full-time and part-time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the medical needs and treatments of infants, children, and adolescents in their homes as per the plan of care prescribed by physicians and healthcare professionals.
  2. Conducting ongoing patient assessments and care.
  3. Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
  4. Coordinating care among healthcare providers and family members.
  5. Educating families to improve patient outcomes.
  6. Implementing preventative measures to maintain high-quality care.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new grads welcome; training provided).
