Hourly Pay + EXTRA $3.40 Hero Pay per Hour!

Must hold a current license to practice as an LPN.

Job Description for LPN

• Full Time: 1st Shift - 32 Hours/week
• Part Time: 1st/2nd Shift Hours, 20-29 Hours/week
• Part Time: Midshift Hours, 24 Hours/week
• 34 Bed Facility
• LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents according to their care plan
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants

Qualifications for LPN

• A passion for caring for and improving the lives of residents
• Current LPN License
• Ability to administer medication and IV certification
• Good working knowledge of state rules/regulations
• Positive can-do attitude and excellent attendance
