Job summary

Adept Nursing & Rehab of Gretna is seeking PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate care team in Gretna, NE. Walk-ins welcome, daily pay options, and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in NE required.
• Strong patient-centered care and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' health, vital signs, and responses to treatments.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and activities of daily living support.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other staff for coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families on health management and procedures.
• Ensure care complies with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed.
• Assist with training and supervising CNAs.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in NE

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
