Seven Hills Foundation Inc. is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor for our Massachusetts programs.

You will provide direct nursing care, oversee medication administration, and guide the nursing team to ensure high-quality services in accordance with regulations and Nurse Practice Act. You will supervise staff, assist in scheduling, monitor care plans, document in EHR, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license and supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols.
• Experience mentoring and supervising nursing staff.
• Familiarity with EHR documentation and health records compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care and medication administration per physician orders.
• Lead and mentor LPNs and direct care staff across programs.
• Coordinate nursing coverage and staffing with RNs and program leadership.
• Ensure MAP compliance and timely documentation in EHR.
• Support onboarding and clinical competency training.

Licensed Practical Nurse SupervisorPay: $42.00-$44.00/hourSchedule: Week 1: Sunday 3pm-11pm. Monday 3pm-11pm, Tuesday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 9am-5pm, Thursday 9am-5pm; Week 2: Monday 3pm-11pm, Tuesday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 9am-5pm, Thursday 3pm-11pm, Saturday 3pm-11pm; Mandatory staff meeting every 3rd Thursday of the month 1pm-3pm.The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor plays a critical leadership role within the nursing team, providing direct care to individuals while supporting the oversight and coordination of healthcare services across designated programs. The LPN Supervisor ensures high-quality medical support in accordance with healthcare regulations, organizational standards, and the Nurse Practice Act.
