Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, and deliver high-quality nursing care for residents. Responsibilities include health assessments, diagnostic testing, treatment planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional resident well-being.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR/First Aid, MAP certification, and 3–5 years of related nursing experience.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• MAP certification is required.

• 3–5 years of related nursing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license (Class C or D) required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and identify clinical issues.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
• Provide episodic and preventive care, including treatment and medication management.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and consulting specialists.
• Communicate with families and guardians regarding resident care.
• Participate in care planning meetings and health rounds.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and perform CPR as needed.
