Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse Private Duty PRN at Elara Caring. We are expanding and offer various shifts, flexible hours, and the opportunity to care for one patient at a time in the Torrington CT area and throughout Connecticut.

• Provide quality nursing care in patients' homes under RN supervision.

• Accept and document physician orders, maintaining communication with healthcare providers.
• Document care accurately and timely.

Requirements:

• Active nurse license in Connecticut or a valid compact license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Preferred: 6 months pediatric LPN experience and home health experience.
• Reliable transportation, dedication to quality care, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
