Maxim Healthcare in Taylorsville, KY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver one-on-one home care to pediatric and/or adult patients. Positions available full-time and part-time for day, evening, and night shifts.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, assessing patient needs, and documenting care plans. The role offers competitive hourly pay of $30–$35 and a benefits package with health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Formación

• Licensed LPN or LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray on file.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum one year of professional nursing experience preferred.

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, and document nursing diagnoses.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare in Taylorsville, KY, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work 1-on-1 with pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes. Full-time and part-time positions available for day, evening, and/or night shifts.

Pay depends on schedule, experience, and the skills required per patient.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred
