Maxim Healthcare is actively hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Bowling Green, KY to join our growing team. You will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient’s home, with shifts typically ranging from 8 to 12 hours depending on patient needs. Pay varies by experience and shift type (day/evening/night).

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where practicing.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.
