Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Bardstown, KY, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1-on-1 home health care for pediatric and/or adult patients. Positions are available full-time or part-time with day, evening, and night shifts. Pay is $30–$35 per hour and varies by schedule, experience, and patient needs.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray is current.
• BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.
