Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Hodgenville, KY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one-on-one home health care for pediatric and/or adult patients. Both full-time and part-time roles are available across day, evening, and night schedules.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the practice will occur.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
