Job summary

Belmont Health and Rehabilitation in Columbus, Indiana, is seeking Licensed Nurses to join our skilled nursing team. You will supervise/unit staff, provide total care for residents, and ensure plans of care are implemented according to physician orders.

The ideal candidate holds an Indiana nursing license, has LTAC experience preferred, can handle shift work on nights, and maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork to meet residents' needs.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current license by the State of Indiana in good standing.
• Prefer at least one year’s experience in Long Term Care or related field.
• Must display good emotional health and be capable of extended periods of standing, bending and heavy lifting.
• Ability to maintain professional attitude, including confidentiality, concern for all people, cooperativeness and conscientious use of time.

Responsibilities

• To supervise/manage personnel on his/her unit

Job Description:

Nurses are valuable members of our health care team who provide direct and indirect nursing care for the resident, as prescribed by the physician, assuring that care is provided according to established facility standards and policies and in accordance with Federal and State governing regulations. Licensed Nurses must be able to provide for resident assessment and assist in the development and implementation of each resident’s plan of care.

Annual Wage Scale:

$52,000-$84,240
