Pineknoll Rehabilitation Centre in Winchester, Indiana is seeking Licensed Nurses for our skilled nursing facility. You will supervise nursing staff, provide comprehensive resident care, and ensure plans of care align with physician orders and facility standards.

The role requires Indiana licensure, good standing, and ideally 1+ year in long-term care. You’ll work an 8-hour shift across 1st and 2nd shifts, with emphasis on resident well-being and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current license by the State of Indiana in good standing.
• Prefer at least one year’s experience in Long Term Care or related field.
• Must display good emotional health and be capable of extended periods of standing, bending and heavy lifting.
• Ability to maintain professional attitude, including confidentiality, concern for all people, cooperativeness and conscientious use of time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise/manage personnel on the unit.
• Provide total care for all residents on the unit and supervise direct care staff to meet residents’ needs.
• Review daily nursing assignments to ensure duties match ability and training.
• Initiate and update the nursing care plan for residents on the unit.

Nurses are valuable members of our health care team who provide direct and indirect nursing care for residents, as prescribed by the physician, assuring that care is provided according to established facility standards and policies and in accordance with Federal and State governing regulations. Licensed Nurses must be able to provide for resident assessment and assist in the development and implementation of each resident’s plan of care.

Annual Wage Scale: $58,240 - $93,600

About the Role:

Pineknoll Rehabilitation Centre is seeking Licensed Nurses-

• To supervise/manage personnel on his/her unit
