Job summary

Family Guidance Centers, Inc. is seeking an entry-level LPN to join our behavioral health team in Manteno, IL. The role involves patient assessment, discharge planning, and medication administration in both MAT and drug-free programs.

Responsibilities include dosage monitoring, health status documentation, and travel as needed. Requires One year of Behavioral Health experience, IL LPN license and CPR certification. Evening shift, ASAP start, five days a week.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in Behavioral Health Care or hospital setting.
• Good communication skills and nursing terminology knowledge.
• Knowledge of substance abuse pathology and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Processes patients from assessment to discharge in medication-assisted and drug-free treatment.
• Dispenses all medication under established procedures and guidelines.
• Monitors methadone and other medications for dosage appropriateness.
• Monitors and documents patients' physical and mental health status.
• Must be available to travel if needed.

• Processes patients from assessment to discharge in bothmedications assisted treatment and drug free treatment programming.
• Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by FamilyGuidance Center,Substance Use Prevention and Recovery,ClinicalSustainability Assessment Tooland the Drug Enforcement Administration
• Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages.
• Monitors the physical & mental health well-being of patientsand documents findings.
• Must be available to travel if needed

Schedule: Five days a week; rotating(2:00p - 10:30p)

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $30.00
